The UFO V.2 Type A filter is designed with a slightly faster flow in mind. On the same recipe this paper filter will provide about 30-45 seconds shorter brew time.
You can use the UFO Type A with a slightly coarser grind size (appox 950 -1150µm) with a lower agitation rate for optimal balance.
