A refined washed coffee from Ratnagiri Estate, this SLN 9 micro-lot undergoes an anaerobic fermentation with terroir-specific microbial inoculation for 52 hours. Post-fermentation, the cherries are depulped and dried in a dark room, creating a washed coffee with exceptional structure, balance, and sweetness.
Roasted to a ultra light profile,to preserve its complex aromatics, this coffee opens with the mellow sweetness of muskmelon, transitions into tropical papaya notes, and finishes with a smooth florals that lingers softly.
With a cup score of 89, it sits comfortably in the specialty segment while offering something unexpected to both filter brewers and adventurous baristas.
