A distinctive culture natural from Ratnagiri Estate, this Catuai micro-lot is harvested from the Jeri Patte block at 4,400 feet, with cherries picked at peak ripeness measuring 25.8° Brix. After careful hand selection and flotation to remove lower-density fruit, the cherries are fermented in stainless steel tanks with lactic acid bacteria and fresh botanicals like rose, jasmine, and lavender in a CO₂-rich environment for 72 hours.

Post-fermentation, the coffee is slow-dried on raised beds over 29 days, allowing flavour compounds to integrate gradually while maintaining clarity and structure. Roasted to a light profile to showcase its aromatic intensity, the cup opens with expressive floral notes of mogra, honeysuckle, and rose, layered with gentle cardamom spice and a bright lemon candy finish.
