A classic natural coffee from Araku Valley, this SLN 5B lot is produced by the women-led Dumbriguda Collective, where careful cherry selection and traditional processing highlight the region’s expressive character. Harvested at peak ripeness, whole cherries are dried intact, allowing sugars and fruit compounds from the pulp to slowly infuse into the seed, an approach that defines the natural process and builds depth, sweetness, and aromatic intensity.
Drying is carried out gradually under controlled conditions to ensure even moisture migration and preserve cup clarity while maintaining the richness typical of classic naturals. Roasted to an ultra light profile to retain its delicate aromatics, the cup opens with soft jasmine florals, followed by juicy blackcurrant depth and ripe peach sweetness, finishing clean and lifted.
