Best Days of Panama

Earlier this year, we traveled to the highlands of Chiriquí, Panama - one of the most decorated coffee origins in the world, home to the coffees that have held the record for the highest prices at auction for over two decades. We spent time on the farms, walked the land, and tasted at the source. What we came back with wasn't a single coffee, it was a season of them. Best Days of Panama is a five-lot series across four varietals, released one chapter at a time, each from the same volcanic highland that produces some of the rarest cups in specialty coffee. We didn't set out to bring back only the obvious. Some of these varietals have never been available in India before. That's the point.
